Scholarships

THE GOLD STANDARD

This $2,000 scholarship is awarded to a graduating high school senior residing in Los Angeles County and who has been accepted into a 4-Year University/College in the Fall of 2026.

Completion of the scholarship application.
High school transcript.
Possession of a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
An Acceptance Letter from a four-year College/University for the Fall 2026 semester.
Three (3) letters of recommendation - Letters of recommendation will only be accepted from teachers, guidance counselors, principals, employers and/or community service representatives, and must be typed on letterhead. Letters of recommendation cannot come from family members.
Completion of the required essay.

MARY LOU ALLISON GARDNER LITTLE

This scholarship is awarded to a qualifying student currently attending CSUN.

Completion of the scholarship application.
An college transcript.
Possession of a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Three (3) letters of recommendation - Letters of recommendation will only be accepted from teachers, guidance counselors, principals, employers and/or community service representatives, and must be typed on letterhead. Letters of recommendation cannot come from family members.

10 Pearls 2 Rubies

This scholarship is awarded to a qualifying financial Soror (2025-2026) in Kappa Nu Sigma who is currently pursuing a graduate degree.

Completion of the scholarship application form.
Proof of good financial standing on the national, regional, and local levels.  
Financial Soror (2025-2026) in KNS sorority year.  
Current enrollment in a graduate degree program.  
A graduate school transcript.
Possession of a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Three (3) letters of recommendation - Two (2) of the letters of recommendation must come from one of the following individuals or organizations: teacher(s), school official(s), employer(s), and/or community service representative(s) and must be typed on official letterhead. One (1) letter must come from a member in good financial standing, on all three levels, with the sorority. Letters of recommendation cannot come from family members, even if the family member is a Soror. Recommendation letters must be attached to the application.
